Help find our LOST TEDDY BEAR who was last seen at Dunsborough Shopping Centre near Coles on the long weekend Monday 7th June. He is sorely missed and much loved by a 4 year old girl.

About Our Missing Pink Teddy

Teddy and her owner in happier timesTeddy was a gift to her owner as an infant just home from hospital. As soon as her owner could grip and see Teddy, he went everywhere with her. For some reason, of all the stuffed animals she received, there was something about Teddy that captured her heart. Maybe it was her deep black eyes, her beautiful smile or her slightly too large head, she became the favourite right away and the two began a friendship that has lasted all their lives. It is difficult to picture her owner without Teddy in her hands.

Teddy has had numerous adventures with her owner. She has seen everything her owner has seen - she has been everywhere her owner has been. She has been lost before and somehow always managed to find her way home. She once wondered off and got lost in a Perth shopping centre and found her way home thanks to the gererosity and efforts of the kind people who worked there. Only a couple of weeks ago, they became separated in Sydney Airport, and yet again, a kind hearted store owner saw Teddy searching for her owner and placed him in a prominant position on her counter allowing us to see her and reunite the pair - just in the nick of time before our flight was due to board.

She was there with her owner at all of her four birthdays, on her first day of kindy at Dunsborough Primary, when she chose her first kitten. She held her owner's hand and conforted her when getting needles or when she was scared of the dark. When her owner needed someone to cuddle for support - Teddy never let her down. Every time her owner bumped her head or fell over, it was Teddy she called for to hug her and make her feel better. Teddy has soaked up tears of sadness, pain and also joy. But now when she calls for her, Teddy is nowhere to be seen.

Over the years Teddy has aged and there were times we thought Teddy may not last another wash or that she may fall apart, but Teddy was strong and always kept on going to be with her owner. She have been loved almost to death but never let go.

It can't end this way, she can't be lost so close to home and not return.

Please help us find Teddy!
